The 2007 WWE Awards

I know 2007 is over, but I didn't get to do my annual WWE Awards. So I present to you:

DEADOPOSSUM.BLOGSPOT.COM'S 2007 WWE AWARDS

1st Award: The Stevie Richards Award (For the person who suprisingly stayed with the WWE for the whole year)

Nominations: Stevie Richards, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, The Boogeyman, Super Crazy, Funaki

Winner: Stevie Richards, and not because I named the Award after him. He stinks. He has no talent. And he has stayed with the WWE for another year. I bet that after the apacolypse, the only things left will be a rat, some bug, and Stevie Richards.

2nd Award: The I ain't Jucin' Award (For the wrestler who is most obviously on steriods)

Nominations: Batista, Bobby Lashley, Lance Cade, Mr.Kennedy, The Great Khali, Domino, Duece, Triple H

Winner: Definetly Bobby Lashley. Lokk at the guy. The reason he won explains itself.

3rd Award: The Stereotype Award (For the most Stereotypical wrestler)

Nominations: Hornswoggle, William Regal, Santino Marrela, Chavo Guerrero, Duece, Domino, JTG, Shad

Winner: Santino Marrela. He is Hot blooded, is a little nuts, and talks just like a siscillian guy. He obviously wins.

4th Award: The OH MY GOD YOUR FAT! Award (For the Wrestler who has gained the most weight over the course of the year)

Nominations: Lance Cade, Big Daddy V (Already Fat, though), Kane, Mark Henry (See Big Daddy V), Test

Winner: Test. Man he's gotten fat. Well, I guess the fatter you are the more ECW title shots you get. (Examples- Big Daddy V, Mark Henry...)

5th Award: The Doink The Clown Award (For the Wrestler with the worst gimmick)

Nominations: Hornswoggle, Duece and Domino, Jessie and Festus, John Morrison, The Highlanders, King Booker, Chris Masters, Santino Marrela, The Boogeyman, Val Venis, Hacksaw Jim Duggan

Winner: Jessie and Festus. They were good at first, but now they stink. It seems wrong that the WWE spent most of their money on promos for two hillbillys this year. Also, we all know that Festus can't win without retard power.

6th Award: The Give that person a push.. right into the middle of a Highway Award (For the wrestler least deserving of a push but still got one)

Nominations: Hornswoggle, Bobby Lashley, John Morrison, Chavo Guerrero, John Cena

Winner: Hornswoggle. He became Mr.Mcmahon's son, he won the Cruiserweight title, and then he qaulified for the Royal Rumble. I didn't know a Leprachaun could beat 7-foot giant either.

7th: The Diva of the Year Award (For the best Diva of the year)

Nominations: Beth Phoenix, Kelly-Kelly, Melina, Michelle Mcool, Mickie James, Candice Michelle

Winner: Beth Phoenix. She returned from her injury and won the Women's Championship in the same year. Good Job.

8th Award: The YOUR'E FIIIIIIIIIIIIIRRRRRREED Award (For the wrestler that's made the least progress over the course of the year)

Nominations: Snitsky, Funaki, Tommy Dreamer, Kenny Dykstra, Mr.Kennedy

Winner: Snitsky. He got no title shots all year. He spent all of 2007 beating the Highlanders.

9th Award: The My ears are Bleeding Award (For the wrestler with the worst entrance music)

Nominations: John Cena's Music, Rey Mysterio's Music, Bobby Lashley's Music, John Cena's Music, Batista's Music, The Highlander's Music, Snitsky's Music, Santino Marrella's Music, John Morrison's Music

Winner: Batista's Music. We don't care how many miles he's walked for and how many pits of danger he's walked inside of. His music is horrible.

10th Award: The Couple of the Year Award (For the best couple)

Nominations: Santino Marrella and Maria, Bobby Lashley and The ECW title, Edge and Vickie Guerrero, Teddy Long and Kristal, Edge and Zach Ryder and Curt Hawkins (Future Threesome- probably)

Winner: Edge and Vickie Guerrero. I don't usually get sick when I watch the new MNM make out (The new MNM: Marrella 'n' Maria), but these two are disgusting together. First of all, I thoght Edge was with Lita. Also, Vickie needs to go to the dentist. Have you seen those teeth of hers?

11th Award: The EWWWWWW! Award (For the Ugliest Diva of the year)

Nominations: Layla, Victoria, Beth Phoenix, Cherry

Winner: Victoria. My dad seriously thoght she was a man when he first saw her. I'm not joking.

12th Award: The Comeback of the year Award

Nominations: Beth Phoenix, Rey Mysterio, Triple H, The Undertaker, Edge, Chris Jericho

Winner: Triple H. He won the WWE Title as soon as he came back. That "HHHospital" really helped him.

13th Award: The Pay Per View of the year Award (For the pay per view of the year)

Nominations: Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania 23, Backlash, No Mercy, Unforgiven, Survivor Series, Armageddon

Winner: Royal Rumble. The Royal Rumble match was great. Almost all of the matches were great.

14th Award: The Match Of The Year Award (For the match of the year)



Nominations: John Cena vs. Shawn Michaels (Raw), Edge/Cena/Michaels/Orton (Backlash), The Royal Rumble Match (Royal Rumble), The Money In The Bank Ladder Match (Wrestlemania 23), Batista vs. The Undertaker (Wreslemania 23) Triple H vs. Randy Orton (Last Man Standing Match- No Mercy)



Winner: John Cena vs. Shawn Michaels (Raw). This match lasted an hour - it was an hour well spent. This match wasn't even on pay per view. Wow!



15th Award: The Worst Wrestler of the Year Award (For the worst wrestler of the year)



Nominations: Snitsky, Stevie Richards, Nunzio, Chris Masters, Jamie Noble



Winner: Snitsky. He has already won the Your'e Fired Award. That means he was the least productive wrestler of the year. As I said before, he spent all year beating

the Highlanders.



16th Award: The "We can stay friends" Award (For the break up of the year - couples can be real or fake)



Nominations: CM Punk and Maria, Chuck Palumbo and Michelle Mcool, Batista and the World Heavyweight Championship, Hulk Hogan and Linda Hogan, Bobby Lashley and Kristal

Winner: Hulk Hogan and Linda Holgan. They got Divorced. Now I guess Hogan Knows Best is Over. Oh Wait...



Final Award: The You Da Bomb Award (For the wrestler of the year)


Nominations: Batista, The Undertaker, CM Punk, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Edge, Bobby Lashley, The Great Khali, Hornswoggle



Winner: Edge. He won the World heavyweight title twice this year. He also got himself two cronies and a girlfriend. Good Job.
